Gambling Responsibly
Gamdom is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to make money or escape from problems. Gambling becomes harmful when it is no longer in your control.
Responsible gambling means:
- Only gambling with money you can afford to lose
- Setting time and spending limits before you start
- Never chasing losses
- Gambling for entertainment, not as a source of income
- Taking regular breaks and not gambling when distressed
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you recognise any of the following:
- Spending more money or time gambling than you intended
- Feeling unable to stop even when you want to
- Gambling to recover previous losses ("chasing losses")
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends
- Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities because of gambling
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling
If any of these apply to you, please use the tools below or contact our support team immediately.
Tools Available on Gamdom
All of the following tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session. You will be notified when the limit is approaching and logged out when it expires.
- Reality Checks: Receive regular pop-up notifications showing how long you have been playing and your current session activity.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Minimum exclusion period is 6 months. We will use all reasonable means to enforce this.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
Self-Exclusion via GamStop
GamStop is the UK's national self-exclusion scheme. Registering with GamStop will block access to all UKGC-licensed gambling websites and apps, including Gamdom, for a minimum period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.
To self-exclude via GamStop, visit gamstop.co.uk or call 0800 138 6518. Once registered, your self-exclusion will be activated across all participating operators within 24 hours.

Gamdom is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We use age verification at registration and may request additional proof of age at any time. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control tools to prevent underage access to gambling websites. Software such as GamBlock, Betfilter, and Cyberpatrol can help restrict access.
If you believe a minor has accessed our platform, contact our support team immediately.
