Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Gamdom platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamdom Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

We may request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed and all funds returned minus any winnings.

3. Account Registration

You may hold only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. When registering you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to keep login details secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your name. We do not accept third-party payments. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.

Withdrawals are processed following identity verification (KYC). We aim to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in our payments FAQ. Processing times may vary based on your chosen payment method and verification status.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of claiming. General bonus conditions include:

  • Welcome Bonus: 100% match up to £200. Minimum deposit £20. 35x wagering requirement on bonus amount.
  • Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • Wagering: Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Expiry: Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute less.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform (other than in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence) shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, network issues, or force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
